Why Öko-Tex certification is important for children's clothing

When it comes to children's clothing, there is nothing more important than safety. Children's skin is more sensitive than that of adults, and therefore the materials must be completely safe. At Wilma&Morris, we only use Öko-Tex certified materials in our products – so that you as a parent can feel at ease.

What is Öko-Tex?

Öko-Tex Standard 100 is an internationally recognized certification that guarantees that textiles are tested against over a thousand potentially harmful substances. The certification covers everything in the garment – from fabric and thread to buttons and dye.

For children's clothing, the strictest requirements apply (Product Class 1), which means that the materials are safe even for infants.

Safety for both children and parents

With Öko-Tex, you can feel assured that children's clothing does not contain any residues of chemicals that can irritate the skin or affect health. For us at Wilma&Morris, this is a given – clothing for children should be as safe as it is beautiful and functional.
