Water and windproof "Pilot hat" in shell model for the smallest. A shell hat without padding, just with a nice and soft fleece lining that forms layer 2 against the waterproof outer fabric which is layer 1.
The warmth generated between the layers keeps the head warm and comfortable while the high breathability ventilates away all excess heat. Soft Helly Hansen pile on the brim that is folded up and fastened with snap buttons. Unbutton the brim for good protection against rain and sun. Elastic in the neck for a comfortable fit and buttoning on the side.
