The cuff can be folded down and fastened again with two snap buttons. Reflective piping in the seam all around for extra visibility/safety. Adjustable at the neck for a better fit. Buckle on the side to secure the hat if it is really cold; otherwise, it is enough to tighten it at the neck. You can also fold the ear section back and fasten the buckle there or over the head if it fits better.
